Rob joined the firm in 2002 and was named as a partner in the firm in 2007. Since joining the firm, Rob has handled wrongful death cases, as well as serious injury cases in a variety of areas including products liability, railroad crossing accidents and automotive negligence. Rob's practice is exclusively dedicated to representing injured persons and their families and is primarily focused in the area of automobile
products liability and railroad crossing litigation.
As lead counsel, Rob has obtained a number of favorable results on behalf of injured people and their families, including a seven figure verdict listed as one of the Top 20 verdicts of 2006 in Missouri. That same year, two of Top 20 verdicts in the state were obtained by Langdon & Emison attorneys. Since 2002, the cases Rob has been involved in have resulted in settlements or verdicts in excess of 50 million dollars.
