Martindale-Hubbell has identified Bob Langdon and Kent Emison as "AV Preeminent™ attorneys once again for 2011. According to the LexisNexis peer review process, the Preeminent status recognizes the highest level of skills as a trial advocate.

"The AV Preeminent" Peer Review Rating is an outstanding achievement and demonstrates that a lawyer has earned the highest rating available for their legal ability and professional ethics," Martindale Hubbell said as part of its announcement of winning attorneys. This distinction follows on the heels of Bob earlier this summer having been honored with Martindale-Hubbell's "20th anniversary award," for attorneys who have been AV-rated for 20 years.

For over 30 years, Bob has focused his practice on personal injury cases. He has obtained multi-million dollar verdicts for seriously injured clients across the country, and last year he was named a "Legal Champion" as part of Missouri Lawyers Weekly's "Lawyer of the Year" program. 

Kent devotes 100% of his practice to litigation in product liabilitytrucking accidentsmotor vehicle accidents, and other cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. In that role he has served as lead trial counsel in numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements and has handled cases all across the United States, from Florida to Hawaii.

Kent has been a firm proponent of the trial by jury system, and is seen as a leader in the bar. He served as President of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA) from 2005-2006, and was on the MATA Executive Committee from 1997-2007. He is currently a board member of AIEG, and a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
