Langdon & Emison Obtains Favorable Settlement in Trucking Case - 2011-05-25

A 1996 Ford Explorer was being driven on a rural highway at the very end of 2008.  The vehicle then collided with a tractor-trailer, which was being used in a work project for a large freight company.  The collision proved to be fatal for the driver, who was survived by his parents, who then engaged Langdon & Emison for a wrongful death claim.
