Langdon & Emison Attorneys Named to National Trial Lawyers Top 100

Langdon & Emison attorneys David Brose and Brennan Delaney have been selected for the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers, for the state of Missouri.  The National Trial Lawyers recognizes the top 100 plaintiff’s attorneys in each state; founding members Bob Langdon and Kent Emison have already been selected for the NTL honor.

Membership in the NTL Top 100 lists is by invitation only and “extended to those attorneys who exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership in their respective state based upon objective and uniformly applied criteria.”  David and Brennan both also in previous years were selected to the NTL’s Top 40 Under 40 list.

David focuses his practice on the representation of victims across the country who have been seriously injured or killed by a wide variety of dangerous products.  He’s been honored by Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers and is a proud graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia where he earned his juris doctor and a master’s degree in business administration.  While in law school, David served as a member of the Missouri Environmental Law and Policy Review and received the C.A.L.I. Award for work in Corporate Taxation.  David is a frequent speaker at law schools and bar associations, on issues related to product liability law and plaintiff’s litigation.

Brennan previously worked at Douthit Frets and as a law clerk: two years for the Hon. Zel M. Fischer of the Supreme Court of Missouri and two years for the Hon. Michael W. Manners of the Sixteenth Circuit of Jackson County. Brennan is a graduate of the Elwood L. Thomas Inn of Court (2012) and the Ross T. Roberts Trial Academy (2010). He also completed the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association’s (KCMBA) Bar Leadership Academy in 2011.  A member of the Missouri and Kansas bar, Brennan earned his juris doctorate from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law where he graduated cum laude in 2008 and was a member of Law Review.
