Kent Emison Presents at Federal Court CLE

Partner Kent Emison was a featured speaker yesterday at the Western District of Missouri’s CLE presentation on Innovation in Litigation.  Kent spoke on “Issues in High Profile Trials,” including publicity, technology in the courtroom, strategy with opening/closing arguments, depositions, and more.

The CLE featured top litigators from around the state, inviting them to speak on topics dedicated to civil litigation.  The program was held at the federal courthouse in Kansas City, Mo., and over 200 attorneys were in attendance.

A Fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and a frequent lecturer to bar associations and trial lawyer groups nationwide, Kent devotes his full practice to litigation in product liability, motor vehicle accidents, and other cases involving personal injury and wrongful death.  He has served as lead trial counsel in numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements and has handled cases all across the United States.  He is a Past President of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and is a member of the Leaders Forum with the American Association for Justice.
