The blog post examines the increase in fatalities that occurred in crashes with trucks weighing 10,000 to 14,000 pounds, and how even though America’s highways enjoyed a safer 2017 than the year prior, smaller trucks actually created an increase in fatal accidents. Part of the reason attributed to this increase include that those drivers are exempt from substance and alcohol testing.

He has been honored by Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers and by the National Trial Lawyers 40 Under 40 for his work in truck accident litigation for plaintiffs. David is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia where he earned his juris doctor and a master’s degree in business administration. While in law school, David served as a member of the Missouri Environmental Law and Policy Review and received the C.A.L.I. Award for work in Corporate Taxation.
