Langdon & Emison attorneys David Brose, Brennan Delaney, Brett Emison, Mark Emison, Kent Emison, Bob Langdon, and Mike Manners, and Michael Serra have all been selected again to be included in the annual directory of Best Lawyers in America. The 2024 edition will feature these attorneys in the categories of product liability litigation and plaintiff’s personal injury litigation.
In addition, attorneys Danielle Rogers and Brett Simon will be named to the publication’s “Ones to Watch” list, which seeks to honor the nation’s top young attorneys in a variety of practice areas. Together these attorneys focus on catastrophic injury and death as well as class action and other complex tort cases, including auto product defects, dangerous drugs and defective medical devices, and other cases.
Best Lawyers is the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. The 2024 edition will come out later this year and is determined by a peer-review process of both defense and plaintiff’s attorneys.
