Missouri Department of Agriculture Posts Consumer Protection Alert

On July 12, Missouri’s Grain Regulatory Services Program suspended the grain dealer license for Pipeline Foods, LLC following the company’s recent Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. Effective immediately, the US-based supply chain solutions company is no longer licensed to operate as a grain dealer in Missouri.

Founded in 2017 in Minneapolis, Pipeline Foods focused on supplying organic, non-GMO feed to producers. The company expanded to Missouri through its acquisition of Malden Speciality Soy in July 2017, followed by an opening in St. Louis in late 2017.

The Grain Regulatory Services Program protects Missouri grain producers in cases of warehouse or dealer insolvency. Contact the Missouri Department of Agriculture if you or your business have unsettled obligations with Pipeline Foods, LLC.
