Isabella Crutchfield

As a member of the firm’s complex torts team, Isabella assists legal teams at Langdon & Emison in critical legal matters nationwide for personal injury clients.  Her diverse practice focuses on a variety of areas such as product liability, truck accident litigation, and the firm’s full array of personal injury litigation.

While at UMKC Law School, she was the champion of the Last 1L Standing Trial Competition, and received Best Direct Examination distinctions as well.  She was an active member of the school’s national championship mock court team.

While serving as a legal assistant before becoming an associate attorney, Isabella was able to assist the attorneys with research and drafting, and completed research across various jurisdictions on a variety of issues.  She also drafted motions, briefs, petitions, and discovery.  She was also a member of the mass torts team, working on the Zantac, Bair Hugger, and Paraquat MDLs. She handled intake, initial case investigations and research; case filings; review and summary of medical records; and she worked with clients on obtaining case information, evidence, and discovery responses.
