Langdon & Emison continued its support of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (KCMBA) through its annual Young Lawyers Section golf tournament, held on August 21, 2026. Attorneys Brennan Delaney, Maggie Langdon and Margaret Stansell participated in the tournament.
The tournament helps fund different community education programs and YLS activities for the 2026-27 year. This generally includes public programs dedicated to legal literacy and civic education. Margaret Stansell serves as Public Relations chair on the YLS committee, which oversees the section’s events and programming for the year, and she had an active role promoting this year’s golf tournament.
With Missouri offices in Independence, Lexington and N. Kansas City, the firm plays an active role in KCMBA events and has had many attorneys serve on its various committees. The KCMBA was founded in 1884 and has 5,000 members. The stated mission of KCMBA is to serve its members and its community by promoting justice, professional excellence and respect for the law.
